Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
Only products purchased from authorised Oztent retailers within Australia during the Promotional Period 01.11.2025 - 31.01.2026 are eligible.
The promotion applies only to Oztent Chairs and Lounges (excludes Stools).
Registration Requirements
Customers must register their product within 14 days of purchase HERE.
Registration must include:
1. 1. Full name and contact details
  2. Product model
  3. Retailer where product purchased
  4. Proof of purchase (valid receipt or tax invoice)
Return Conditions
If not satisfied, customers may return the product for a full refund.
Returns must be lodged within 30 days from the date of purchase HERE and not via the original store of purchase. This must be accompanied by:
1. 1. Proof of registration confirmation (provided upon registration)
  2. Original proof of purchase
  3. Product must be in its original condition and with all packaging and accessories
Refund Details
Refunds will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 14 business days of receiving and validating the returned product. Refunds do not include postage or return shipping costs.
Oztent Australia is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns; customers are advised to retain tracking information.
Limitations
Limited to one claim per customer.
Refund is based on proof of purchase price.
