Dad vs Dad: Father’s Day at Australia Zoo

Things got competitive at Australia Zoo this Father’s Day, with dads going head-to-head in the Dad vs Dad Challenge for the chance to take home an Oztent prize pack.

Fourteen competitors took on Australia Zoo’s inflatable obstacle course across seven timed heats, with two dads racing against each other in each round. After some seriously quick runs, the two fastest competitors advanced to the final to battle it out for the title of 2026 Dad vs Dad Champion. 

A Prize Worth Racing For

There was plenty on the line, with the winning dad taking home an Oztent RV-5 Plus and two Koala HotSpot Lounges, with a total prize value of $2,479.

After a day of friendly competition, plenty of laughs and some impressive dad determination, one family got to head home with a whole new camping setup ready for their next adventure.

Celebrating Father’s Day Outdoors

We were proud to support the Dad vs Dad Challenge again this year and be part of Australia Zoo’s Father’s Day celebrations.
