Free shipping on orders over $99 (excluding Roof Top Tents)*.
Roof Top Tents ship at a flat rate of $500.

*While we offer free shipping to most areas across Australia, some remote or regional locations may fall outside of our free freight zones due to high carrier costs.

If your delivery address falls outside our free freight coverage, our Customer Care team will contact you after your order is placed to discuss the available options, which may include:

• An updated shipping quote
• Collection from a nearby stockist or store
• A full refund if you choose not to proceed

We always aim to provide the most cost-effective delivery solution possible and appreciate your understanding.

Order Processing & Delivery

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 2 days of purchase. We send all items through our network of express couriers. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorisation and verification must be received prior to processing. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, excluding holidays.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
